This
workbook is a manual for being your own life coach; all you need to ad is a
dash of courage. Each chapter ends off with pages to write down your
experiences and answers to questions that came up during this day, as each
chapter is presented as a day. Of course you can spend more time than a day on
each chapter.
It takes 21
days to change a habit. I would like to add to that it takes 21 day to change
your life. Carry your life coach with you, wherever you go. You have
wanted a life coach; now carry it in your pocket. Your own private life coach
on call 24/7. If you don’t have a journal yet now is a good time to get one.
This book has space to do the exercises of each chapter, however you may find
you would like to use an additional journal to write your day-to-day
observations into. You can use this same book as a gratitude journal or you can
get a special gratitude journal.
It contains
ways to become more aware of the world you live in and by creating this
advanced awareness, “you can see something coming”. With this ability you are
able to take action to prevent the trauma that may have come your way had you
not been aware.
